Janesville’s School Board President won’t be running for another term. Steve Huth says he has submitted his letter of non-candidacy for the April election. Huth says he’s filing his paperwork early to motivate qualified candidates to circulate nomination papers. Huth is a retired educator who was elected to the board in 2015 and is currently serving his second year as president.
