A 54-year-old Janesville man is facing a charge of Operating While Intoxicated 5th Offense. Janesville police say an officer pulled-over Adolph V. Crawford a little after 11:00 p.m. Tuesday at Beloit and Kellogg Avenues following a report of speeding. Police add the vehicle also had an expired registration. Authorities say Crawford showed signs of intoxication and refused most of the field sobriety tests. He was also cited for Operating After Revocation and failing to install an ignition interlock device.
