Milton School Board approves sale of Apple devices

The Milton School Board votes four to three to sell the district’s apple devices to Diamond Assets and buy new ones.
Superintendent Richard Dahman told the board used devices are selling at an all-time high right now and the district likely would not get as much money selling their used devices when the lease is up in two years.
Board members Mike Hoffman, Brian Kvapil and Rick Mullen opposed the sale.
The district will replace 24 iMac computers in the high school’s digital media classroom, 2,700 iPads for 4K through middle school students and staff, as well as 1,847 MacBooks for high school students and staff.
