The Wisconsin State Patrol is investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred on southbound Interstate 43 near Clinton.
According to a news release, first responders were dispatched to the head-on collision involving a semi and a passenger car just after 11:30 Wednesday morning near mile marker nine in Rock County.
Both drivers were transported to area hospitals with injuries and one of them died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
