A 33-year-old Clinton man is facing a charge of 4th Offense Operating While Intoxicated. A Rock County Sheriff’s Office news release indicates deputies stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle about 3:00 a.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of South Highway 140. Deputies say they found Thomas J. Farley asleep behind the wheel. Farley was taken to the Rock County Jail to await his initial court appearance.
