Janesville Police are looking for a suspicious person accused of asking a little girl to get into his van.
According to a news release the incident happened just before 2:00 Monday afternoon in the 1400 block of South Washington Street.
A 10-year-old told police that she was riding her bike when a white SUV stopped near her and the male driver said, “Come get in my van.”
The child rode home and was not harmed.
Police released a surveillance photo of the vehicle which appears to be a 2014-2017 Chevy Equinox.
The suspect is described as a 30 to 40-year-old white bald man with short brown hair on the side and wearing a brownish-blue shirt.
