The home sales market in Rock County appears to be getting tighter, and more expensive. The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports December median home sales prices were up more than 20% compared to the same time last year, and the number of sales were up as well. Finding a home may be getting to be even more of a challenge. The same report shows available inventory is down 30% from a year ago, and the time a home is on the market declined by 15%The median sales price of a home in December was just under $200-thousand.
