The Rock County Public Health Department is removing the vaccine registration forms from its website. Officials say after reviewing other vaccine registration systems now in place, it has been determined that their form may delay the vaccination process. Eligible people are encouraged to use the Wisconsin COVID-19 Vaccine Registry, their local health care system, and local pharmacies to register and get vaccinated. Anyone who has already signed up with the Rock County Public Health Department, but has not been contacted, will still be matched with a provider and contacted when appointments are available.
