More records being broken in the local real estate market. Rock-Green Realtors Association President Jerry Morse calls it the strongest sellers market ever. Morse says buyers are putting offers on multiple listings with little success. The Wisconsin Realtors Association says February sales were up 13% over a year ago, while inventory dropped by almost 36%. The median sales price in Rock County has reached close to $182 thousand.
