A 29-year-old Janesville man is facing a an additional Operating While Intoxicated charge. Janesville Police say Jarrod R. Harris was driving without headlights on North Ringold Street at Matheson Street just before 3:00 a.m. Sunday. Officers say he displayed signs of impairment during the traffic stop and failed standardized field sobriety tests. A Wisconsin Circuit Court check showed Harris was on a signature bond through Dane County Circuit Court for a pending 4th offense Operating while Intoxicated charge. He was also arrest on charges of Felony Bail Jumping and Operating After Revocation.
