More than one-hundred pounds of unused and outdated medications are expected to be collected during a drug take back event in Janesville. Janesville Mobilizing 4 Change Director Jane Golberg calls this a great opportunity for a little spring cleaning that can save lives. Saturday’s event from 9:00 to noon at Festival Foods on Humes Road in Janesville coincides with National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. Prescriptions, over-the-counter, pet, liquids and patch forms of medications will be accepted.
