Beloit Police Chief Andre Sayles is looking for a few good officers. Beloit’s newly sworn-in chief isn’t shying away from his pledge to maintain open communication, transparency, and accountability in the department. Among other measures, Chief Andre Sayles is using Facebook to appeal to a specific type of new recruit. The chief says he’s looking for team players who have a guardian mentality, appreciate diversity, and are willing to hold each other responsible for the integrity needed as police officers.
