After having to cancel most of the Memorial Day events last year, the Janesville Patriotic Society is eager to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
President Tom Stehura says there will be a lot happening on Monday, starting with a ceremony at 8:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Stehura says there will also be a service at Milton Lawns Cemetery, a silent march from North Main Street and Centerway to Traxler Park, and the regular program at Veterans Plaza around 11:30 a.m.
Masks are not required for fully vaccinated people, but social distancing will be maintained.
