Speed and alcohol are considered factors in a life-threatening crash Friday morning behind the Pine Tree Mall in Janesville. Police responded a little after 2:00 a.m. to the service road behind the buildings along 2900 Deerfield Drive. Officers say a vehicle had hit a large landscape rock and rolled over ejecting the driver. A 24-year-old Janesville man was the only occupant of the vehicle. The state patrol is assisting in the investigation.
