Janesville police, along with residents, track down and arrest three juveniles suspected of stealing a vehicle out of Sun Prairie. Police say a resident reported a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of Linn Street about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. Patrol and bike officers found it abandoned, but residents reported three suspects running in the area of Racine and Park Streets. Officers apprehended a 16-year-old girl from Janesville, a 17-year-old boy from Janesville, and a 17-year-old boy from Madison. Charges include Resisting-Obstructing an Officer and Passenger in a Stolen Auto.
