Only five miles remain to be completed as part of the I-39/90 expansion project.
Project Communications Manager Steven Theisen says work is finishing up at the I-43/Highway 81 interchange in Beloit, the Highway 14/Highway 26 interterchanges in Janesville, and the Beltline interchange in Madison.
Theisen says over the last month or so new ramp configurations opened for I-39/90 southbound traffic going to Beloit.
Theisen says the good news for drivers is all ramps remain open at the Highway 14 interchange for at least another month.
