Janesville police confiscate guns and drugs

Janesville police say the operation began with a traffic stop just before midnight Sunday, which led to the execution of a search warrant about 3:30 a.m. Monday at a home in the 900 block of Todd Drive.  Officers say they seized four-hand guns, 5.5 ounces of crack cocaine, 47-grams of marijuana, almost 100 vaping cartridges, and close to $2000 in cash.  41-year-old Abdul Deshawn Harriel of Janesville was taken into custody on a variety of charges including Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, and Possession with Intent to Deliver THC.
