A 4H member from Milton is this year’s Rock County Fairest of the Fair. Emma McNally was crowned during ceremonies Tuesday night. McNally was pitted against three other finalists in a competitive question and answer session before a panel of judges. The other finalists included Grace Newcomb from Renegades 4H Club, Laura Owens from Consolidated 4H, Morgan Knilans from the Craig FFA. McNally will represent local 4H and FFA as an ambassador of the fair throughout the year.
