Rock are becoming a symbol of Kindness and the city of Janesville plans to support the trend. Recreation Director Shelly Slapak several sites are being set aside for Kindness Rock Gardens. Slapak says people like to paint rocks with inspirational works or phrases to spread hope. Organizations, businesses, and even families are welcome to start a Kindness Rock Garden in any of the sites approved by the city.
