A 24-year-old Beloit man is facing charges after a drive-by shooting. Beloit police responded to a report of shots fired a little before 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in the area of Wisconsin and Henry Avenues. A victim reported while she and another woman were traveling in the area, they were shot at from a car. The woman was able to identify the suspect as Jaquczeas A. Wiggins. Wiggins was taken into custody on two counts of attempted first-degree homicide.
