Milton Police are asking the public’s help in finding a run-away teenager. A police department Facebook post indicates 14-year-old Andria Howard is believed to have run away from home on Tuesday. Friends and family have tried to contact her, but have had no luck learning her location. Andria is about five feet tall, one hundred pounds, and was last seen wearing a black hoodie, pajama style pants, and carrying a black backpack.
