A local community has a new city clerk-treasurer. Marcy Granger began her new duties in Beloit this week. Granger takes over as Beloit Clerk-Treasurer from Lori Stottler who left in September to become Janesville’s Clerk-Treasurer. In her role, Granger will oversee the City Clerk-Treasurer Division, including licensing, running elections, and managing city documents in adherence with Wisconsin Open Records Law. Granger has previous experience as a clerk in the Town of Milton.
