One-hundred-ten-million dollars in federal coronavirus relief funds are being distributed to Wisconsin school districts and Janesville’s share is more than $1.2 million.  Chief Information Officer Patrick Gasper says Janesville school officials have been expecting the money since the Governor announced it as part of the budget, but no one knew just how much.  Gasper says the money was not included in the district’s budget and officials will need to decide how best it is used.  Beloit schools will be getting more than $870 thousand.
