Milton school officials are asking parents to talk to their kids after a middle schooler made an impulsive threat. In light of the recent school shooting in Michigan, officials say any jokes to harm or injure others will not be brushed off. The request follows a district and police investigation at the middle school involving a student threatening to bring a weapon to school. Investigators determined the student had no intent to carry out the actual threat. The student will not being allowed to attend school until the next disciplinary steps are determined.
