Hospitals in Rock County are at critical capacity due to an increasing number of COVID-19 patients according to health officials.  Rock County Health Officer Katrina Harwood says local hospitals report emergency room activity double what it was a year ago.  Harwood asks patients to avoid going to the emergency room if possible, instead opting for clinics or tele-health when exhibiting symptoms.  She says most hospitals in the Midwest are full, and transferring patients has also become difficult.
