The Janesville City Council approves a tax incremental financing agreement with a developer looking to add apartments to the upper floors of a downtown building.
City Economic Development Director Gale Price says the Minuteman Press building is located at 303 West Milwaukee Street.
As part of the TIF agreement the City will provide $200,000 in up front assistance which will the repayment made through property taxes over the next 15 years.
