The results for at least one Rock County Board of Supervisors Seat will not be coming in on election night.
The incumbents in Districts 11 and 14 didn’t turn in enough signatures to make it onto the ballot in April.
Rock County Clerk Lisa Tollefson says unfortunately some of the signatures fell just outside Janelle Crary and Shirley Williams’ Beloit Districts.
Tollefson says as a result, District 11 will only have a slot for write-ins on election day, so all write-ins will be counted. In District 14, there is one candidate that did make ballot status so only registered write-in candidates will be counted.
Tollefson says the filing deadline for Supervisory District 24 was extended until 5:00 p.m. Friday because incumbent Rock county Board Chair Rich Bostwick failed to file a declaration of non-candidacy.
