The business membership organization has chosen Angela Pakes as President and CEO. Pakes is a Janesville native and has been with UW-Madison for sixteen years. A Forward Janesville new release highlights Pakes diverse background working in both the public and private sectors, including six years with Ford Motor company and as an entrepreneur launching an engineering consulting practice in Detroit. She takes over for Interim CEO Curt Parish, who stepped in this past September with the retirement of long serving President John Beckord. Pakes will assume her new duties on February 14.
