Licensed Professional Counselor Jennifer Chellevold says she believes the community panel will have a big impact. Chellevold implies spreading awareness within the community on how this crime is a real issue, understanding signs and what to look for can help. She says they want to educate parents on what to look for with their kids and possibly youth, depending on their age, so they can also help with friends.
