A 34-year-old former Rock County Sheriff’s Deputy accused of sexually assaulting multiple boys before he was hired in 2016 waives his right to a preliminary hearing in Rock County Court.
Gary Huber appeared before Rock County Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer virtually for his preliminary hearing Tuesday morning after posting $25,000 cash bail.
Huber faces a total of 10 charges including first degree child sexual assault, child enticement, causing a child to view sexual activity, and exposing genitals to a child.
Huber was a deputy from August of 2016 through July of last year, but resigned to avoid an internal investigation.
Huber is due back in court for his arraignment ton February 14th.
