A 23-year-old Milwaukee man charged first degree recklessly endangering safety, fleeing an officer, two counts of bail jumping, and retail theft makes an appearance in Rock County Court.
Jayvon McFarling is accused of stealing six dollars worth of donuts from Lions Quick Mart on January 14th and then leading officers on a high-speed chase.
Attorney James Fitzgerald raised the issue of competency at McFarling’s adjourned initial appearance in Rock County Court Tuesday afternoon.
An evaluator assigned to McFarling for separate cases he faces in Milwaukee County is expected to complete the evaluation.
McFarling is due back in court April 5th at 3:00 p.m.
