A local state legislator has a lot of irons in the fire.
31st Assembly District Representative Amy Loudenbeck says after a veto last week, she was happy to have two more bills signed by Governor Tony Evers.
The Clinton Republican says Act 121 is a technical fix that was needed to provide clarity and uniformity to the definitions of “Free and Charitable Clinics” and “Telehealth” in Wisconsin Statutes.
Loudenbeck says the second bill changes the payment structure for subsidized guardianship placements by having the state pay for the program instead of the individual counties.
Loudenbeck says she has two more bills awaiting action by the Governor.
