The Immigrant Support Network discusses the need to relocate 1,000 refugees at Fort McCoy. Reverend and Afghan Refugee Response Volunteer Coordinator Peder Johanson says Lutheran Social Services takes care of the case work, resettling families and setting them up with government programs. Johanson says co-sponsors are needed to teach families the American culture, making them independent as fast as possible. The State Department hopes to empty all bases by February 15th.
