With a winter storm in the forecast, a pair of local communities are declaring snow emergencies.
Both the City and town of Beloit have declared a snow emergencies which will be in effect Thursday from 3:00 p-m till 3:00 p.m. Friday.
Any cars parked on the street during a snow emergency are subject to a ticket or tow.
The City of Beloit has several designated snow emergency parking lots.
