The latest Wisconsin Realtors Association report indicates a dip in the median sales price of a Rock County home. The price in January dropped three-point-six percent from the same time a year ago. Rock-Green Realtors Association President Connor Fox predicts a return to a buyers market. Fox adds talk among builders indicates new construction costs may also be coming down soon. The median sales price of an existing Rock County home in January was a little more than $176,000.
