The Rock County Public Health Department drops it’s mask recommendation as COVID-19 activity continues to fall.
Public Health Department Epidemiologist Nick Zupan says currently there are about 19 new cases per day.
Zupan says there have been 317 deaths due to COVID-19 and most recently there were seven patients in the hospital.
Zupan says almost 64 percent of the population have gotten at least one dose of the vaccine, and almost 61 percent are fully vaccinated. 31 percent of the population have received a booster dose.
