A proposal from ForZack Trucking for a freight terminal at 3919 Whitney Way in Janesville is headed to the City Council after getting a favorable review from the Plan Commission.
Several neighborhood residents spoke out with concerns about traffic during public hearings at Monday night’s meeting.
The Plan Commission voted unanimously to send a favorable recommendation to the City Council for re-zoning a part of the property from Business Highway District to General Industrial District and approved a conditional use permit.
