During a local U.S. Representative’s visit to the new Boys & Girls Club site in Rock County, the Build Back Better Bill is addressed. Wisconsin’s Second District Congressman Mark Pocan says they’re trying to get component parts of the bill done through executive order by the president. Pocan says some things can move forward, however those parts can be over turned by a future president. He says passing the law is the only way to get something permanent. He says they think the president can do some provisions through executive order, but some can’t be done. If the bill won’t move forward, they’d like to figure out how to get some of the bill’s components done.
