Since 2014 the United Way of Jefferson and North Walworth Counties has allocated more than $112,000 in pillar grant funding to 56 different community projects and programs.
Executive Director Megan Hartwick says unlike the partner agency grants, you don’t have to be a non-profit to be eligible.
Hartwick says applications must focus on the strategic impact areas of: early intervention care, mental health/alcohol & other drug addiction, barriers to self-sufficiency, and diversity, equity & inclusion.
The application period runs from April 4th until May 20th on the United Way of Jefferson and North Walworth Counties website.
