A rash of Janesville business burglaries may be over

Janesville police make an arrest after a rash of recent business burglaries.  Police have taken 12 burglary reports from businesses since March 18th.  A news release indicates officers got a description of a suspect after responding to a burglar alarm at Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts on Center Avenue about 1:00 a.m. Sunday.  About 2:45 a.m. officers found a suspect matching the description in the 500 block of Prospect Avenue.  37-year-old Joseph L. Olson of Janesville was arrested on charges including theft, criminal damage to property, drug possession, and a probation violation.  Police say evidence was recovered from Olson linking him to other burglaries.
