A 35-year-old Janesville man is facing an Operating while Intoxicated charge 4th Offense after a weekend arrest. A Rock County Sheriff’s Office news release indicates Joseph J. Saladino Jr. was pulled over near Mount Zion Avenue and West Rugby Road in Janesville about 11:30 p.m. Sunday for a traffic violation. The deputy reported Saladino displayed signs of impairment and standardized field sobriety tests were administered. Saladino was taken to the Rock County Jail and is awaiting a court appearance.
