Beloit woman charged with sneaking drugs into jail, causing overdoses

A 24-year-old Beloit woman is accused of smuggling narcotics into the Rock County Jail and trading them for commissary.
Quiana Toles is charged in Rock County Court with three counts of manufacture or delivery of narcotics, three counts of second degree recklessly endangering safety, and possession with intent to deliver narcotics.
During her initial appearance in Rock County Court Wednesday Prosecutor Margaret Ginocchio said that three other inmates and Toles overdosed as a result of taking the drugs she hid inside her body.
Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer set cash bond at $500 this week. She’s due back in court Friday afternoon.
