A man from Brodhead is dead following a two vehicle crash Thursday morning in Green County.
The Sheriff’s Department there says a sport utility vehicle lost control due to slush-covered roads on State Highway 104 north of County Highway A in the Town of Albany.
The SUV crosses the centerline and collides with a commercial straight truck.
The 25-year-old driver of the SUV is transported by EMS to Mercy Hospital in Janesville where he is pronounced dead.
The identity of the fatality is being withheld pending notification of family.
The driver of the truck, a 62-year-old man from Westby, sustains non-life threatening injuries.
