A 32-year-old Beloit accused of ramming a woman’s vehicle in a parking lot and then following her until she spun out, takes a plea deal in Rock County Court.
Timothy A. Johnson Jr. plead guilty Wednesday to hit and run and disorderly conduct. An additional charge of second degree recklessly endangering safety was dismissed but ready into the record.
Judge Barbara McCrory withheld sentence and ordered Johnson to serve 18 months of probation.
At the time of Johnson’s arrest, the victim told police he had been abusive toward her in the past.
