The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is making the public aware of a of convicted sex offender who is moving in to the community.
50-year-old Scott A. Clark is relocating to Rock Valley Community Programs at 203 West Sunny Lane in Janesville on Thursday, April 7th.
Clark was convicted Dane County of third degree sexual assault in 1991 and first degree sexual assault in 1993.
While living in Janesville Clark is not allowed to have unsupervised contact with minors, no contact with victims, he’s not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs, and must comply with standard sex offender rules.
