The Monroe Police Department arrest a suspect in Freeport following a complaint in the 1300 block of 17th Street. According to a release from Monroe Police, 29-year-old Christina M. Allen was arrested April 1st around 8:00 p.m. on a warrant from Carroll County, Illinois, for failure to appear on a felony case there. Allen was confined in the Green County Jail pending further proceedings.
