The Janesville Plan Commission gives a proposed Chili’s restaurant on the corner of Milton Avenue and Humes Road the thumbs up.
Senior Planner Brian Schweigl says the project requires a conditional use permit due to it’s shared access and utility infrastructure.
The property at 3315 Milton Avenue is the site of the former Perkins restaurant which was torn down in 2021.
The Plan Commission approved the conditional use permit in a unanimous vote Monday night after holding a public hearing.
