A 47-year-old Janesville man who’s accused of robbing a liquor store before leading police on a chase to Beloit waives his right to a preliminary hearing in Rock County Court.

Benito Del Bosque is charged with robbery with threat of force, attempted armed robbery, two counts of retail theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Del Bosque plead not guilty to the charges Wednesday and was bound over for trial.

Janesville Police say Del Bosque and 25-year-old Emily Revel robbed Virks Liquor on Court Street before leading police on a chase that ended on Henry Avenue in Beloit.

Del Bosque is accused of yelling that he had a gun and waiving a pipe around until officers were able to use a taser to take him into custody.
