Janesville police catch several teens in the act of burglarizing a home in the 1300 block of Elida Street on the city’s north side.  Police responded about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday after the vacationing homeowner witnessed the break-in remotely on his “Ring” doorbell.  Officers say they arrested three juveniles as they ran out the front door.  Police say the fourth teen took off in a stolen car.  Officers followed in pursuit, but discontinued the chase for safety reasons.  Beloit police eventually recovered the vehicle.  Janesville police say they’re confident in the identity of the fourth suspect.
