A 23-year-old Evansville man faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide, and three counts of recklessly endangering safety while armed in connection with a fatal workplace shooting Tuesday afternoon in Janesville.

At a news conference Wednesday afternoon Janesville Police said the suspect, Kevin Luther Todd, and the 30-year-old victim had only worked together for about a week at Precision Drawn Metals.

Todd told police that bullying at work led up to the shooting.

Todd was taken into custody in Orfordville Tuesday less than an hour after the shooting.

He’s currently being held at the Rock County Jail and is expected to make his initial appearance in court later this week.
